About Crossbeam Builders

Record call outcomes, commitments, follow-up dates, and unresolved questions in JobTread.
Coordinate appointments, prepare meeting information, and support the owner's inbox and calendar.
Support authorized bid requests, selection tracking, permit correspondence, and lead records.
Provide clear summaries of completed work, pending approvals, and blockers that need the owner's attention.

Required Qualifications

Administrative or operations experience managing multiple assignments with dependable follow-through.
Clear, fluent spoken and written English for phone conversations, correspondence, and accurate notes.
Experience making frequent outbound calls, leaving professional voicemails, and following up courteously.
